Oath Number 3 ( Yoga will you marry me? )

Indeed I'm zombified. Final exam is around the corner which means I have 5 days left to finish reading all 9 books of internal medicine! Hell of a job I swear ! I'm on it and do pray for for me.

 Obviously time is a massive factor and I'm in need of a balance between those piling pages and of course my body needs. All I do is a simple yoga to compensate for the hours spent on the study table and yes backache! so, I've been carrying out this routine for almost everyday . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fxsQr7YOq7o  . More like I am engaged to it shall I say. I'm opting for extra fruits (not extra fries) veges and drink gallons of water (read: coffee) coffee is awesome for you as it acts an antioxidant. Antioxidants are man-made or natural substances that may prevent or delay some types of cell damage. Antioxidants are found in many foods, including fruits and vegetables. They are also available as dietary supplements. Oh plus what I love about coffee the most is it keeps those sleepy eyes bulged, I mean it, because I have this 'habit' of sleepy like all the time (?)  Tell you what makes it blasting better? add some honey as a sub to sugar and hands down it tastes super wicked. Besides it helps with your memory. Come on! today is a good day to start innit?

Nevertheless the golden rule to be genius does not rely on honey guys, don't get me wrong. We ought to work our asses off , for me its never an option since I FREAKIN LOVE medicine even its mostly hard and I think this is reason I have to survive in life.
