What I eat for today's breakfast ? Easy yet healthy..

Did you know that breakfast is massively essential meal of the day ? So today i am sharing with you what i had for my breakfast this morning. oh actually my final exam is around the corner so I don't have much time to cook a proper meal, so this is the easiest a.k.a laziest yet healthy breakfast for you to try at home too ! It is called mee campak cincai cincai with my own secret ingredients :D

  Before.

After.

I simply put all the vegetables that I have in the refrigerator (lol) and also eggs. Yes eggs. Eggs are  good source of nutrients. One egg contains 6 grams of protein and some healthful unsaturated fats. Eggs are also a good source of choline which has been linked with preserving memory, and lutein and zeaxanthin, which may protect against vision loss ! So for those who have problem with vision like me, its jackpot innit? ;)

Basically the idea is we have to eat veges and fruits everyday to stay fit and healthy and please please please do not skip breakfast because breakfast helps to increase your body metabolism rate. Metabolism is the process by which your body converts what you eat and drink into energy. During this complex biochemical process, calories in food and beverages are combined with oxygen to release the energy your body needs to function. You've probably heard people blaming their weight on a slow metabolism, but what does that mean? Is metabolism really the culprit? And if so, is it possible to rev up your metabolism to burn more calories?

It's true that metabolism is linked to weight. But contrary to common belief, a slow metabolism is rarely the cause of excess weight gain. Although your metabolism influences your body's basic energy needs, it's your food and beverage intake and your physical activity that ultimately determine how much you weigh. The golden key is to eat healthy and be active as well. Hope this post will benefit you. Thanks for reading and hope you can try this at home. Best of luck ! xx
